The architecture integrates traditional slate-shingle patterns from the Česká Lípa region into contemporary glass design, connecting past craftsmanship with modern techniques.
The facility includes offices, a ground floor cafe, a meeting room, and a specialized four-story space for testing large chandeliers weighing up to five tons.
The glass tiles covering the building create an ever-changing appearance as light interacts with the surface throughout different times of the day.
