Vodopád U Rybářů, Waterfall near Paršovice, Czech Republic

Vodopád U Rybářů is a waterfall with a vertical drop of about 3.5 meters, characterized by stepped rock formations and small crevices along its rocky face. Water flows over these tiered surfaces within the forested area near Maleník.

The waterfall was created artificially when the stream bed was diverted during road construction. The terrain shows that it has been shifted several times since. It lies at 286 metres above sea level on the left bank of the Bečva, near the Rybáře settlement.

The waterfall lies by the hamlet of Rybáře, part of Hranice, on the left bank of the Bečva, though its cadastral territory belongs to Paršovice. A marked hiking trail and a cycle path run past it, and the Bečva cycle path with a footbridge at Rybáře crosses the river nearby. The stream that feeds it was diverted during road building.

Access comes via marked hiking trails or the Bečva cycle path, with route 6173 leading directly to the site. Parking areas are available near the trailhead for visitor convenience.
