Náučný chodník Velkohoštickým zámeckým parkem

The educational trail runs through the castle park of Velké Hoštice and features six information panels about local nature and regional characteristics. The path stretches about one kilometer and remains accessible year-round.

The trail was established in 2019 following a decision by the town council as part of the castle park's educational infrastructure. This addition enhanced the park's role in teaching visitors about the local environment.

The information boards along the route teach visitors about bird species, trees, shrubs, and animals that live in the castle park. Walking here helps people notice and understand the natural life around them.

The route is marked with wooden directional arrows and can be walked year-round. Visitors should wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for natural, uneven ground in places.

The trail is often overlooked despite being one of the shortest nature education routes in the historical Hlučín region. This makes it particularly valuable for visitors with limited time.
