The Educational trail Frýdecký les is a marked forest path running about 3.5 kilometers through woods near Frýdek. Along the route, 10 information panels describe the local trees, fungi, plants, and forest animals you might encounter.

The trail was established in 2016 by the city of Frýdek-Místek. It runs through the Frýdecký les, a suburban forest in the Podbeskydská pahorkatina hills, and its ten panels cover the forest's natural, cultural and economic role. The route links Zátiší with the U Mámy restaurant.

The information panels teach visitors how the forest functions and what animals and plants need to survive here. Through these descriptions, travelers begin to understand the connections between different living things.

The trail starts from the Na Zátiší area and finishes near U Mámy restaurant, with white squares and green stripes marking the path. Wear comfortable shoes since the route goes through forest where some sections can become slippery after rain.

The trail's first stop at Zátiší has a second panel on the Ice Age and the erratic boulders found in Frýdecký les, glacial rocks carried here from elsewhere. The route ends at a panel titled "O lesích" by the U Mámy restaurant.
