Westcott Theater

The Westcott Theater is a music venue housed in a historic building on Westcott Street with a capacity of around 700 people. The interior features a stage for live performances and a small bar area that serves drinks to guests throughout events.

The building was constructed in 1919 as a cinema called the Harvard Theater and served as a movie house for many decades. New owners took over the space after 2007 and converted it into a music venue in 2008.

The venue serves as a gathering place for music lovers from across the region and regularly showcases both emerging and established artists. Visitors come here to discover new talent and connect with fellow fans who share similar musical interests.

The theater is located in a central area with nearby restaurants and hotels within walking distance. Visitors should know that the venue has limited parking and arriving by public transportation is recommended.

During renovation, the old cinema seats were removed to create a flexible space that can accommodate both standing concerts and seated film screenings. This transformation allowed the venue to support different forms of entertainment at the same time.
