The Hindu Temple and Cultural Center of the Rockies extends across 4.25 acres on a hill, offering views of both mountains and plains in Colorado.
Founded in 1979, the temple relocated from Littleton to its current location in 2015, following extensive construction funded by community contributions totaling 4.5 million dollars.
The main prayer hall contains seven shrines with deities carved from marble in Jaipur and granite in Tirupati, representing different Hindu traditions.
The temple maintains regular hours from 10 AM to 1 PM and 6 PM to 8:30 PM on weekdays, with extended morning hours starting at 9 AM on weekends.
The Learning Center teaches children Vedic knowledge alongside multiple Indian languages, including Sanskrit, Telugu, Hindi, and Tamil.
