Cal Pal

Cal Pal exhibits traditional vernacular architecture with wooden beams, stone walls, and distinctive covered galleries extending across multiple levels of the structure.

Built in 1347 as an inn owned by Bernat Escoter, the property was donated to Joan Pal in 1435 with the requirement of permanent residence.

The building now functions as a cultural center showcasing exhibitions about Andorran identity through art installations and historical artifacts.

Visitors can explore Cal Pal during weekends, with opening hours from 10 AM to 2 PM on Sundays and additional afternoon hours on Saturdays.

The north-east façade features intricate human face carvings on its roof-beams, representing a rare example of medieval Andorran decorative architecture.
