Abbco Tower

Abbco Tower is a residential skyscraper in Al Nahda with 48 floors housing more than 330 residential units and numerous parking levels throughout the structure. The building integrates living spaces with extensive vehicle storage capacity.

The tower was completed in 2006 by Bonyan International Investment Group as part of Sharjah's expansion. A significant fire occurred in May 2020 affecting multiple levels and leading to substantial renovation work.

The residential complex houses numerous international inhabitants, forming a multicultural community within its 36 residential levels.

The building offers extensive amenities including a fitness club, swimming pool, sauna, and steam room for residents. Access is managed by round-the-clock security and checkpoints throughout the property.

The structure dedicates approximately 20 of its 48 floors exclusively to vehicle parking, making it an unusually parking-focused building for the city. This amount of parking space reflects the high car-dependency characteristic of the region.
