St Hakob Church is an Armenian Apostolic church in Gyumri built with stone walls featuring traditional architectural details such as pointed domes and geometric patterns across its facades. The structure displays the typical elements of Armenian religious architecture with carved stonework adorning its exterior and interior spaces.

St Hakob Church was consecrated on 29 August 2002 in Gyumri's Ani district, built in memory of the 1988 Spitak earthquake. It is named after Saint James of Nisibis, a 4th-century church figure, and was designed by architect Baghdasar Arzumanian, with construction supervised by Mkrtich Lambaryan.

The church stands in the Ani district, 58th block, at 40°49'46"N 43°49'44"E, on a 2.5-hectare plot. It has two entrances: the main one on the west and a side door on the south. The baptistery is on the north side, so walk around the building to see all of it.

The church was built as a memorial to the 1988 Spitak earthquake, and in 2010 a monument to the earthquake's victims, sculpted by Zaven Koshtoyan, was placed beside it. The building stands in Gyumri's Ani district, in the 58th block.
