Laguna de Gómez natural park covers 200 hectares along the shores of Lake Gómez, featuring extensive wooded areas and a 3-kilometer southeastern coastline. The grounds include restaurants, shops, changing rooms, barbecue areas, a chapel, and a tourist information center.
In 1972, the lake became the site of Argentina's first Six Hours of Motorboat Racing competition, establishing it as a milestone in national water sports history. This event put the location on the map as a center for motorized water sport activities.
