The Casa de las Culturas spans five floors across 4,847 square meters, featuring exhibition rooms, an auditorium, and spaces for artistic activities.
Construction of the building started in 2008 under Governor Jorge Capitanich's administration and reached completion in December 2010.
The center houses the René Bruseau Museum of Fine Arts, the Provincial Symphony Orchestra, and the Contemporary Ballet within its premises.
Visitors can access the center Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Marcelo T. de Alvear 90.
Mobile panel systems in the exhibition spaces allow for multiple configurations, supporting various types of art displays and cultural presentations.
