Estadio IV Centenario, multi-use stadium in Tarija, Bolivia

The Estadio IV Centenario is a multi-use stadium in Tarija, Bolivia, at 1,866 metres above sea level. Its flat grass pitch is ringed by a red running track, with a green-painted lower stand on the left and a larger red-painted upper stand to the right. It seats 16,586 spectators and hosts Unión Central and Real Tomayapo.

The Estadio IV Centenario opened on 11 January 1950 in Tarija. In the 1990s the upper tier was added in a fast build without adequate technical calculations, which caused structural cracks. Between 2013 and 2014 the pitch was replaced, the stands repainted, the changing rooms improved and a professional tartan track homologated for international athletics was laid. A 2024 renovation raised capacity from 15,000 to 16,586.

The stadium hosts the home matches of Unión Central, Ciclón and Real Tomayapo, and is Tarija's main venue for athletics. In 2013 it staged the group A matches of the South American Under-15 Championship, which Bolivia hosted. Its professional tartan track, installed in the 2013–2014 works, is approved for international athletics meetings.
