Sala Minas Gerais is a concert hall in the Barro Preto district with seating for over 1,400 visitors. The space features modern acoustic architecture with adjustable ceiling reflectors and curved walls designed to deliver excellent sound quality throughout the venue.
The Philharmonic Orchestra of Minas Gerais initiated the project in 2008, with construction beginning in 2013. The venue officially opened in February 2015.
