Zambezi National Park, National Park in Zimbabwe
Zambezi National Park is home to a vast variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants and over 400 bird species.
Established in 1979, the Zambezi National Park was split off from Victoria Falls National Park.
The park is named after the mighty Zambezi River, which forms its northern border.
Visitors can experience the park through game drives, walking safaris, and river cruises.
The Zambezi National Park offers stunning views of the spray of the Victoria Falls, known locally as 'Mosi-oa-Tunya' or the Smoke that Thunders.
