Perth Trades Hall

Perth Trades Hall is a three-story building with neo-Georgian architecture located at Beaufort Street in Perth. The structure features classical architectural elements and a prominent portico entrance that defines its facade.

The foundation stone was laid in 1911 by Prime Minister Andrew Fisher, marking a milestone for the trade union movement in Western Australia. The building later became a symbol of the labor movement in the region and shaped its history.

After being purchased by the CFMEU union in 2013, the building underwent comprehensive restoration that combined historical features with modern facilities. This renovation allowed the site to preserve its past while functioning as a working union center.
