Mesuji is a regency in Lampung province on the island of Sumatra, divided into several administrative districts that serve the local population. The seat of government is located in Wiralaga Mulya, from where regional administration and services are coordinated.
Mesuji was formed in 2008 when it separated from Tulang Bawang Regency to become its own administrative region. This division allowed for improved local governance and management of communities in the area.
