Stadium Southland, Indoor sports complex in Invercargill, New Zealand.

Stadium Southland is an indoor sports facility in Invercargill with seven courts and seating capacity for around 4500 spectators. The complex includes modern changing rooms, conference spaces, and dedicated areas designed for multiple indoor sports.

Stadium Southland opened on 25 March 2000, built for NZ$11.3 million with a seven-court complex and 2,600 permanent seats. On 18 September 2010 its roof collapsed under heavy snow while about 12 youth tennis players and parents were leaving a training session. After a NZ$43.5 million redevelopment, it reopened in February 2014 and was officially opened by Prime Minister John Key on 9 May 2014.

The venue is home to the Southern Steel netball team and Southland Sharks basketball team, who play here regularly before crowds. These teams shape the city's sports identity and draw spectators throughout the season.

The venue sits in Surrey Park beside the SIT Zero Fees Velodrome, opened in 2006. The main entrance was enlarged during the NZ$43.5m redevelopment completed in 2014, and upgraded seating, sound and scoreboards date from that work. Allow extra time on match days to get through the entrance and find a seat.

The 18 September 2010 collapse happened at about 11:25am as roughly 12 youth tennis players and their parents were leaving a training session; the roof above the courts gave way under fresh snow. A 2012 Department of Building and Housing report cited steel fabrication and welding defects, and the file went to the police.
