Seascape, Residential skyscraper in Auckland, New Zealand
The Seascape tower rises 187 meters into the sky with a glass exterior design that reflects the surrounding harbor waters and cityscape.
Construction of this NZ$300 million development project started in 2017 and reached its maximum height of 56 floors in early 2024.
The building's design incorporates elements that connect residents with Auckland's maritime heritage through its location near Waitemata Harbour.
The structure contains 221 residential units, including 15 penthouses, with a seven-story podium housing retail spaces and resident facilities.
When completed, this 56-floor structure will stand as the highest residential building in New Zealand, offering views of Hauraki Gulf.
