Constructed in 1994 as an outdoor facility, the auditorium underwent transformation between 2007 and 2010 through a twenty-million-dollar investment by Grupo Financiero Banamex, converting it into a roofed hall with completely redesigned technical systems and seating configuration.

Serving as a primary entertainment destination within Fundidora Park, the auditorium hosts international touring acts and national performers, functioning as a central gathering space for Monterrey audiences seeking music, comedy, and sporting events throughout the year in northern Mexico.
