The water park started its operations on June 7, 1980, as part of the SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment family, bringing aquatic recreation to Tampa residents.
Adventure Island promotes water safety education through partnerships with local schools and organizes seasonal events that bring communities together throughout the year.
Located at 10001 N. McKinley Drive, the park provides cabana rentals, food services, and maintains trained lifeguards at all water attractions.
