The Enchanted Oaks Building is a Tudor-style structure in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea featuring flared eaves, hand-carved trim, and irregular chimneys. The exterior displays handcrafted details that are typical of the town's architectural approach.

The Enchanted Oaks Building was built in 1927 as a one-and-a-half-story Tudor Revival commercial structure on 7th Avenue between Dolores and San Carlos streets. On 29 January 2003, Kent L. Seavey nominated it for submission to the California Register of Historical Resources, and it is listed in the city's Downtown Conservation District Historic Property Survey. It now houses Silvestri Vineyards.

The building's name comes from the oak trees on the site, and its Tudor Revival look, with false half-timbering and carved boards bearing diamond and scroll motifs, was meant to evoke an English village. Since 2003 it has housed Silvestri Vineyards, a tasting room, so the former shopfront now serves wine to visitors.

The building is located in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and is easy to reach on foot. It sits among many other historic structures, so there is plenty to explore in the surrounding area.

The building was nominated and submitted to the California Register of Historical Resources on 29 January 2003 by preservation consultant Kent L. Seavey. It is listed in the city's Downtown Conservation District Historic Property Survey, and Silvestri Vineyards now occupies the ground floor.
