The interior design incorporates Japanese ash and Philippine mahogany built-ins, along with custom furniture including a transformable dining and coffee table.
The top floor contains the living room and bar area, while the middle floors house bedrooms with outdoor terraces overlooking the Oakland Bridge.
The vertical structure emerges from a rocky outcropping, demonstrating Neutra's architectural approach to integrating buildings with their natural environment.
