The site holds regular pilgrimages, including a regional gathering on August 2nd and a Portuguese pilgrimage to Nossa Senhora de Fatima since 1967.
The sanctuary maintains facilities for 150 guests, offering accommodations for religious retreats, seminars, congresses, and individual spiritual stays throughout the year.
The sanctuary forms a connection point between the dioceses of Saint-Claude in France and Thiès in Senegal through a twinning agreement established in 1992.
