The wooden school building features eight large windows, clapboard walls, and a gabled roof on the first floor with teacher accommodations.

Built in 1937 according to Plan 15 by architect Edmond Latourelle, this rural school received heritage classification status in 1982.

The building showcases educational methods from 1910 to 1964, when students of different ages shared a single classroom with one teacher.

The school includes a classroom, cloakroom, kitchen, teacher's room, and connected outbuildings including a woodshed and outdoor facilities.

Following its closure in 1958, the structure functioned as a farm storage before transforming into an educational interpretation center in 1983.
