Palais Chotek is a Renaissance Revival palace located in Alsergrund, Vienna, Austria. The building features a broad main structure flanked by two narrow side wings and a facade ornamented with three shallow projections and fluted pilasters that define its classical character.

Lothar Abel built the palace for Count Otto Chotek between 1871 and 1874 as a long, single-storey building in strict Historicist Neo-Viennese Renaissance style. It was later raised by a storey. From 1891 it was rented to Friedrich Otto Schmidt's antique furnishing workshop, which bought it in 1904. Badly damaged in 1945, it was restored in the following years.

The dining salon retains its original wood panelling and coffered wooden ceiling, made by the Friedrich Otto Schmidt firm, the furnishings company that rented the palace from 1891 and bought it in 1904. The building is named after the noble Chotek family, who commissioned it.

The Friedrich Otto Schmidt company has been based here since 1904, when it bought the building it had rented since 1891. The side wings now serve as workshops, and the former garden is almost entirely built over. The building is not a public museum; visits relate to the furnishings firm.
