Schloss Haunsperg, Medieval castle in Oberalm, Austria.
The four-story stone castle features eastern and western turrets topped with curved baroque tent roofs and an arcade front supported by marble columns.
First documented in 1365, the castle belonged to Ekhart Prennär von Haus before Michael von Haunsperg acquired it in 1388, leading to centuries of noble ownership.
The castle chapel, built in 1675 and dedicated to Saint Anthony of Padua, contains the oldest mechanical tower clock in Oberalm from around 1580.
Located at Hammerstrasse 51, the castle operates as a hotel and serves as a venue for celebrations, with guided tours available upon request.
The castle's eastern facade displays an architectural arrangement of marble columns supporting a series of arches, creating a distinguished entrance design.
