Kurhaus Thalhof, Reichenau an der Rax

Kurhaus Thalhof is a heritage-protected building located at the valley's end on the slopes of the Rax, surrounded by meadows and forests. The renovated structure contains multiple levels with individual apartments available for overnight stays.

First recorded as a country estate in 1652, the building expanded into a grand hotel by 1890. It received visits from Emperor Franz Joseph I and Empress Elisabeth during their mountain hunting expeditions.
