Our Lady of Banneux

Our Lady of Banneux is a shrine near Liège with a white chapel, meditation gardens, and a spring discovered in 1933 during reported apparitions. The site features several areas for prayer and reflection that draw visitors from around the world.

The shrine developed after a young girl experienced apparitions in 1933 that were later recognized by the Church. These initial events led to the establishment of today's site as a place of devotion and prayer.

Pilgrims from many countries come here to collect water from the spring and take part in religious services held throughout the year. Visitors pray and reflect in the gardens surrounding the white chapel, with the water holding deep meaning in their spiritual practice.
