Dadipark, Abandoned amusement park in Moorslede, Belgium.
Dadipark stands as a deteriorating former amusement park with overgrown pathways, rusting ride remnants, and decaying structures that nature has begun to reclaim over the past two decades.
Originally established in 1950 as a playground for pilgrims visiting the Basilica of Our Lady of Dadizele, the park evolved into Belgium's first private amusement park before closing permanently in 2002.
The park once served as a community gathering place for Catholic families and school groups, hosting up to one million visitors annually during its peak years in the late twentieth century.
Located at Moorsledestraat 27/1, the site is currently fenced off and largely inaccessible to visitors, with most original rides demolished since 2011 and no current operational facilities.
Dadipark featured Europe's longest monkey bridge at 800 meters and was forced to close after a tragic 2000 accident where a child lost his arm on the Nautic Jet ride.
