Emile Van Dorenmuseum

The Emile Van Doren Museum is an art collection housed in the former residence of Belgian landscape painter Emile Van Doren on Henri Decleenestraat. The building displays paintings and works by the owner alongside creations by other Belgian artists from the same period.

The painter Emile Van Doren lived from 1856 to 1949 and recorded the landscapes around Genk in his paintings. The house was later converted into a museum to preserve this artistic work and the Belgian art scene of that era.
