Guirsch Castle, Protected heritage castle in Arlon, Belgium.
The castle consists of multiple buildings arranged around an inner courtyard, featuring a porch tower from 1763 and two residential wings from the 19th century.
The first fortress was destroyed in 1453 by Burgundian troops under Antoine de Croÿ, leading to the construction of the present castle between 1749 and 1763.
The estate represents a fine example of 18th-century Lorraine architecture, with French gardens and a chapel that became Saint Willibrord Church.
Located at 388 meters altitude, the castle remains a private residence and opens to visitors during heritage days.
The de Wykerslooth de Rooyensteyn family has inhabited the castle since the late 19th century, following the de Marches family who ruled the lordship.
