Quatuor

Quatuor is a modern office development in Schaerbeek built as four connected structures arranged around a central garden. The buildings vary in height and contain diverse workspace options, from traditional offices to shared working areas overlooking the green space.

Construction began in 2018 as a response to demand for modern workplace space in northern Brussels. The project represented a shift in how the city was redeveloping this area.

The complex houses a cultural center alongside offices, turning the space into a place where work and public events happen together. This mix helps the surrounding neighborhood feel like more than just a business area.

The site is well connected by public transport with direct access to metro, train, and bus services. The buildings incorporate renewable energy systems, which shape how the facilities operate day to day.

Each of the four buildings reaches a different height, creating a varied skyline profile rather than a uniform appearance. Rooftop terraces on these towers offer views across the city and working spaces with a change of scenery.
