Capital Fort

Capital Fort is an office tower in Sofia, Bulgaria, rising 126 meters with 28 floors above ground and 2 basement levels in a glass and steel structure. The building houses modern office spaces alongside retail areas designed to serve as a central business destination.

Construction began in January 2010 and was completed in November 2015, marking a major milestone in Sofia's modern development. This 60 million euro investment reflected the city's growing importance as an international business center.

The building reflects Sofia's shift toward becoming a regional business hub, showing how the city has transformed its commercial landscape. Visitors can walk through retail areas and see how work and leisure spaces blend together in the design.

The building has two basement levels with parking for around 750 vehicles and offers direct access to Tsarigradsko Shose Metro Station. Visitors can easily arrive by public transportation and find ample parking if traveling by car.

Before another tall building was completed nearby, this 80,000 square meter structure held the title of Bulgaria's tallest building. This distinction marked an important moment in the country's architectural development.
