Capital Fort, Office skyscraper in Sofia, Bulgaria
Capital Fort rises 126 meters into the sky with its glass and steel structure containing 28 floors above ground and 2 underground levels.
The construction of this major building project started in January 2010 and reached completion in November 2015, with an investment of 60 million euros.
The architectural design by Atkins firm combines contemporary office spaces with retail areas, creating a central business destination in Sofia's expanding commercial district.
The two underground levels provide parking space for 750 vehicles, while the building offers direct access to Tsarigradsko Shose Metro Station for public transportation.
Before the completion of Sky Fort, this 80,000-square-meter structure held the position of Bulgaria's tallest building.
