Лябяжы, аквапарк

Лябяжы is a water park in the eastern part of Minsk with several pools, slides, saunas, and a children's zone spread across a large indoor complex. The building also houses a hotel that connects directly to the aquatic areas.

Construction began in the late 2000s when Minsk developed new leisure facilities for families. The park opened in 2014 and became one of the largest indoor water complexes in the country.

Lyabazhy water park serves as a central gathering place where Belarusian families maintain their tradition of spending leisure time together through aquatic activities.

Buses from the city center reach the area in about half an hour, and the complex opens in the morning and closes late in the evening. Families with children will find plenty of shallow pools and separate play zones with age-appropriate slides.

The roof above the pools features transparent panels that let natural light through on sunny days and brighten the indoor space. During winter, the temperature inside stays warm while snow covers the ground outside.
