The construction site of 351 occupies reclaimed land created from rubble after the major fires that affected St. John's during the 1800s.
Local architects integrated the design of 351 within the urban landscape of St. John's, respecting the architectural heritage of Newfoundland and Labrador.
The structure contains six floors dedicated to parking and six levels of office space, with Cenovus Energy occupying most of the commercial area.
The building implements deep water source cooling technology, marking the first installation of this system in Newfoundland and Labrador.
