Confederation Centre of the Arts, Performing arts center in Charlottetown, Canada.

The Confederation Centre of the Arts consists of four pavilions arranged in a U-shape around Memorial Hall, featuring reinforced concrete and sandstone walls.

Queen Elizabeth II inaugurated this national memorial to the Fathers of Confederation in 1964, built through funding from Canadian provincial and federal governments.

The center maintains an art gallery containing over 17,000 works and presents the Charlottetown Festival, Atlantic Canada's largest theater celebration.

The facility provides 26,000 square feet of event space and includes a 1,109-seat mainstage theatre, making it the largest theatre east of Montreal.

The main stage Homburg Theatre received a 17-million dollar renovation in 2011 to enhance acoustics, seating, lighting, and rigging systems.
