St. Pius X Church, Roman Catholic church building in Churchill Park, St. John's, Canada.
The church building stands near Gonzaga High School on Smithville Crescent, featuring a modern architectural design by Angus Campbell from 1976.
Archbishop Patrick Skinner established the church on January 15, 1956, initially as a chapel in St. Pius X Elementary School before its elevation to parish status.
The Society of Jesus administered the parish from 1962, connecting the church community with the educational mission of Gonzaga High School.
The church building closed its operations in 2022 as part of the archdiocese's financial restructuring to address compensation requirements.
The ground floor of the original elementary school served as the first chapel before becoming a parish hall and sports area after the new building opened.
