Jungfraujoch, Mountain pass in Switzerland
Jungfraujoch is a notable saddle in the Bernese Alps, connecting the two four-thousander peaks Jungfrau and Mönch.
It was developed into a popular tourist destination in the early 20th century following the construction of the Jungfrau Railway.
The location is also known as 'Top of Europe' and houses an observatory, a research station, restaurants and even an ice palace.
Visitors can reach the site by taking a cogwheel train from Kleine Scheidegg.
At an elevation of 3,466 meters above sea level, it's the highest railway station in Europe.
