Bolo Museum, Technology museum at EPFL campus in Ecublens, Switzerland
The Bolo Museum exhibits over 5000 computers, 8000 software programs, and 15000 books documenting the evolution of digital technology and video games.
Established from Yves Bolognini's private computer collection in 1995, the museum opened its current location at EPFL campus in 2002.
The museum educates visitors about computer development through exhibitions of historical machines, from early IBM computers to contemporary gaming consoles.
Located in the INF building at EPFL Station 14, the museum opens Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM with free admission.
The museum preserves numerous computing artifacts from 1950 to 2011, including peripherals and documentation managed by dedicated volunteers from Memoires Informatiques foundation.
