Xumishan grottoes, Buddhist grottoes in China
The Xumishan Grottoes are an ancient Buddhist temple complex.
These grottoes date back to the period between the 4th and 6th centuries.
The site exhibits a fusion of Buddhist art with Chinese traditional stone carving.
Located near Guyuan, they are considered a national historical site in China.
Contains one of the largest carved stone Buddha statues in China.
