Welcome to Zunsheng Temple, a historical and cultural landmark located in Huyangling, 20 km northeast of the seat of Wutai County. This temple was founded during the Tang Dynasty and has undergone several renovations throughout history. Initially called "Shan Zhu Ge Yuan," it was rebuilt in Tiansheng 4th year, Northern Song Dynasty, and named "Zhen Rong Chan Yuan." After renovation in Wanli 19th year of Ming Dynasty, it was finally named "Zunsheng Temple." The stele erected in Kangxi 24th year of Qing Dynasty recorded the history of the temple. Today, the temple reflects its renovation during the period of the Republic of China and covers a land area of more than 32,000 square meters. As a tourist guide, let me take you on a detailed tour of this magnificent temple. Upon entering the temple, you will be greeted by the main hall, which is dedicated to the worship of Buddha. The hall is adorned with intricate carvings and paintings that depict various scenes from Buddhist mythology. The hall also houses a large statue of Buddha, which is the centerpiece of the temple.
