Ma'anshan Yangtze River Bridge, Twin bridge complex crossing the Yangtze River in Anhui Province, China.
The structure consists of a suspension bridge on the left stream and a cable-stayed bridge on the right stream, with a total length of approximately 11.2 kilometers and six highway lanes.
Construction began on December 28, 2008, following project approval in July 2004, and the bridge opened to traffic on December 31, 2013, marking significant progress in regional infrastructure development.
The bridge represents China's engineering capabilities and serves as a landmark structure on the Hefei-Chaohu-Ma'anshan Expressway, symbolizing economic integration in Anhui Province and the Yangtze River Delta region.
The bridge connects Ma'anshan city with He County and Dangtu County, carrying a two-way six-lane expressway on the upper deck and a four-line railway on the lower deck.
The suspension section features three towers with 1,080-meter spans each, making it one of the longest double-span suspension bridges in the world alongside the Taizhou Yangtze River Bridge.
