Villa Haas is a Renaissance Revival manor house in Sinn with three floors, sandstone window motifs, gable decorations, and a bell tower at its peak. The building preserves its original exterior form while modern systems such as an upgraded tower clock and renovated heating installations have been integrated inside.
The manor house was designed in 1892 by architect Ludwig Hofmann for Rudolf Haas, who operated the nearby Neuhoffnungshütte iron manufacturing facility. The villa reflects the economic prosperity of the industrial era in the region.
