Burg Dürboslar

Burg Dürboslar is a medieval fortress in Aldenhoven built with a rectangular floor plan and substantial stone walls. The structure displays typical features of 15th-century defensive architecture with reinforced sections designed to repel attackers.

The fortress was built in 1478 by local nobility during a time of significant territorial changes in the region. It was constructed at an era when fortifications served to secure lands and military strategy directly influenced their design.
