Schule Bullenhuser Damm, Cultural heritage memorial in Rothenburgsort, Germany.
The red brick building on Bullenhuser Damm features Renaissance architectural elements and contains exhibition spaces dedicated to historical documentation and remembrance.
During World War II, the structure changed from a school to a satellite camp of Neuengamme, where Nazi physicians conducted medical experiments on prisoners.
The memorial houses detailed biographies and personal artifacts of twenty Jewish children and their caretakers who were murdered in April 1945.
The Foundation of Hamburg Memorials maintains the site, offering guided tours and educational programs about the persecution during National Socialism.
A garden behind the memorial contains roses planted by visitors and family members, with individual plaques commemorating each victim of the 1945 killings.
