The Dick building spans 22,000 square meters across multiple levels, housing entertainment venues, restaurants, fitness facilities, and professional services.
Built in 1889 as a manufacturing facility for Dick brand kitchen tools and files, the building operated until 1997 when production moved to Deizisau.
The building's transformation from industrial heritage to modern leisure center represents the evolution of Esslingen's Weststadt district from manufacturing to entertainment.
Located near Esslingen's main station, the center provides parking facilities with operating hours from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and 24-hour exit access.
The facility features Germany's first glass diving tower, containing 280,000 liters of water, where an underwater table football world record was set in 2004.
