Harmonikamuseum Trossingen

The German Harmonica Museum displays over 25,000 instruments across 800 square meters of exhibition space, including accordions and harmonicas from different periods.

The museum occupies the former Hohner manufacturing site, where millions of harmonicas and accordions were produced throughout the industrial era.

The permanent exhibition documents 200 years of harmonica development, featuring instruments that shaped musical traditions across multiple continents.

Visitors can explore the museum Tuesday through Friday and Sunday from 13:30 to 17:00, with interactive displays allowing hands-on instrument testing.

The collection includes wartime harmonicas with bullet holes and the largest playable button accordion in existence.
