The museum presents the evolution of German road systems through collections of road signs, construction machinery, and transportation methods from ancient trade routes.
Visitors can explore 43 exhibition rooms from Tuesday to Friday between 10:00 and 18:00, and during weekends from 11:00 to 18:00.
The facility contains an extensive collection of steam rollers, diesel rollers, and road pavers, demonstrating the technical progression of German road construction.
