The Saarland Therme complex features indoor and outdoor thermal pools with temperatures ranging from 30 to 37 degrees Celsius for therapeutic water experiences.
The thermal facility, built on natural saltwater springs in Rilchingen that existed for centuries, began operations in September 2012 as a modern wellness destination.
The facility incorporates Hispano-Moorish architectural elements, including Andalusian tiles and traditional Moroccan lime plaster known as tadelakt throughout its structure.
The minimum age requirement is 18 years, except on Wednesdays when families can visit from 9:00 AM until midnight during designated family days.
The thermal water originates from a 750-meter deep well and received certification as healing water from the Fresenius Institute for its mineral content.
