Leutstettener Moos, Protected nature reserve in Starnberg, Germany.

The 180-hectare Leutstettener Moos contains diverse wetlands, mixed forests, and open water areas along the Würm River at Lake Starnberg's northern edge.

The landscape formed during the Würm Ice Age when the Isar-Loisach Glacier deposited lake clay, creating wetlands and the current basin configuration.

The area preserves pollen samples in its peat layers, providing scientific evidence of agricultural activities dating back to 4000 BC.

Marked educational trails extend for 12 kilometers through the reserve, featuring 14 information stations about local landmarks and natural features.

The reserve contains several small lakes including Goldsee, Galgensee, and Truhensee, connected by the meandering course of the Würm River.
